Minimum Qualifications...
2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience. For firearm-related positions, successful background checks and training are required. All associates must complete required training and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications...
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or similar, certification in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5+ direct reports with responsibilities including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
