Position Summary
Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognizing associates, and promoting a belonging mindset. Recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and support company growth. Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, and promoting continuous learning. Leads teams through training, feedback, store tours, communication, and change initiatives. Ensures high customer service standards, manages customer issues, and drives store performance by reviewing financial statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses. Embraces diversity, acts with integrity, and prioritizes customer satisfaction. Supports continuous improvement and technological adaptation. Minimum Qualifications
2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-related roles, successful completion of a background check and training is required. Attendance and successful completion of all job-required trainings are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University, or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership. Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
