We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven Paid Media Manager to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, OOH, and programmatic channels.
- Own campaign setup, budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in media buying/planning, preferably in an agency or in-house digital team.
- Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and DSPs.
- Experience managing a small team is a plus.
- Strong understanding of tools such as Strata, Bionic, Workamajig, and others.
