Job Title: Paid Media Supervisor

Work Style: Onsite

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Paid Media Supervisor to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media initiatives. This role is responsible for supervising media buying across digital, social, search, and traditional channels to drive performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end paid media strategy, planning, and buying.
  • Manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align media plans with business goals. This position will also manage and mentor a team of junior associates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay current with media trends, platforms, and technologies to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media planning and buying.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in media analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
