Position Summary
Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognizing associates, and fostering a sense of belonging. Promotes a positive workplace culture, recruits qualified staff, and supports company growth.
What you'll do
Leads and develops teams through coaching, training, and effective communication. Supports store operations, implements business initiatives, and promotes change. Ensures exceptional customer service, compliance with policies, and drives financial performance by managing P&L, budgeting, and inventory. Embraces diversity, acts with integrity, prioritizes customer needs, and strives for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm sales, successful completion of background checks and training is required. All associates must complete necessary trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or related field, or completion of Live Better U programs. Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
