Job Responsibilities
Reports to the Public Outreach Director and serves as a junior graphic designer, managing the agency's image and brand by designing educational/outreach materials, graphics, illustrations, logos, publications, and templates for agency programs and initiatives. Assists senior videographer with capturing video footage, photos, recording audio, and editing assets to produce videos, radio, TV advertisements, and digital photos. Provides Audio/Visual (A/V) assistance as needed and maintains all equipment properly.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
State Minimum Requirements: High school diploma with relevant experience. An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field may substitute for experience. Recognized institutions by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation are accepted.
Agency Additional Requirements: Applicants with college credit or degrees may upload unofficial transcripts. Official transcripts or diplomas are required prior to hiring.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or additional education in Art, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or related fields. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat Professional, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Knowledge of printing techniques, video editing, and related equipment/software.

Driving Record: A valid driver’s license may be required. Final candidates must provide a 10-year certified driving record.
