Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

A Fortune 500 investment firm is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join its AV/Multimedia Team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operation of audio/visual technologies across more than 325 conference rooms. The ideal candidate will be a highly professional, tech-savvy AV specialist who thrives in a corporate environment and has the ability to provide both technical expertise and exceptional user support.

Position will be 5 days on-site in downtown Baltimore, MD. Parking is free.

Salary - $65,000 - $85,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day AV support across the Harbor Point campus, ensuring conference room systems are fully operational.
  • Set up, test, and support calls and meetings using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco technologies.
  • Manage and maintain AV technologies including electric whiteboards (MIRO) and other multimedia solutions.
  • Train business users and presenters on the proper use of AV equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs of AV systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to provide feedback on system performance and recommend improvements based on user experience and space utilization.
  • Log, track, and resolve tickets through ServiceNow (nice to have).
  • Deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced corporate environment, supporting executives and visiting stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of IT/AV experience; ideally 7–10 years supporting AV systems in a corporate setting.
  • Strong technical skills in audio/visual technologies (Zoom, Teams, Cisco).
  • Experience with MIRO electronic whiteboards is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems preferred.
  • Professional presence — clean-cut, business professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
  • Physically capable of being on your feet throughout the day; comfortable walking between multiple conference rooms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within an 8-person team.
