The start date is 2 weeks from offer for this 6-month contract position.\nJob Title: Audio Visual TechnicianLocation-Type: Onsite - Baltimore, MDStart Date Is: 2 weeks from offerDuration: 6 months (contract)Compensation Range: $35.00-$40.00/hour\nJob Description:Provide in-room and remote support for enterprise-level audio-visual conference technologies.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities:\n \n Support and maintain AV systems across 325 conference rooms \n Facilitate VTC calls via Teams, Zoom, and Cisco platforms \n Assist users with in-room and virtual presentations \n Ensure accurate content delivery in meetings \n Engage with clients and executives with professional efficiency \n Walk extensively across floors to support AV needs \n Use ServiceNow (or similar) ticketing for issue tracking\n\nMust-Haves:\n \n 5 years' professional experience as an Audio Visual (AV) Technician. \n Strong technical aptitude and passion for audio-visual technology. \n Experience supporting corporate environments (e.g., large headquarters or enterprise offices). \n Experience interfacing with senior leadership, including C-level executives and board members. \n Ability to work in a physically active role with extensive walking across multiple floors each day. \n Hands-on experience with Cisco, Windows, and ServiceNow ticketing systems (or similar tools). \n Professional, customer-facing demeanor - business casual, team-oriented, effective communicator.\n\nNice-to-Haves:\n \n Candidates should be seeking long-term employment (not running their own business or significant side ventures).\n
