Our client is seeking an Audio Visual Support Technician to join their team. As an Audio Visual Support Technician, you will be part of the AV/Multimedia Team supporting various users. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Audio Visual Support Technician

Location: Baltimore, MD (On-Site 5 days a week)

Pay Range: $36 - 40 /hr

What's the Job?

• Takes immediate actions to resolve technology service disruptions when they occur.
• Evaluates and acts on the production readiness for technology solution implementations and application deployments.
• Analyzes performance trends and crafts action plans to address potential impacts prior to impacts occurring.
• Mentors more junior members of the team.
• Actively helps team members and makes suggestions to improve practices.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
• High level of proficiency in maintaining good customer relationships is required.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Poly, and AMX systems is preferred.
• Experience working with video conferencing (VTC), AV control systems, and digital signal processing (DSP) systems is highly desired.
• Experience working with collaboration technologies including, but not limited to Zoom, Teams, and Webex.
