What We Do

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer with expertise in digital design to join our dynamic creative team. This role combines creative design with technical proficiency to elevate our brand's visual storytelling across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, concepting, layout, design, and post-production to produce high-quality work that meets marketing objectives and drives results. The Senior Designer will also help apply and evolve branding guidelines.

What You'll Do

Design Expertise:

  • Create visually compelling designs for digital assets, presentations, marketing collateral, tradeshow support, and branding materials, applying graphic design principles.
  • Develop innovative concepts that align with brand guidelines and project goals, maintaining corporate identity and standards.
  • Design for cross-channel campaigns, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling and brand consistency across platforms.
  • Design and optimize user-friendly website layouts that enhance user experience and reflect current trends.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement functional, aesthetically pleasing design solutions aligned with SEO principles.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email design and development.
  • Proficient in Figma for designing high-quality digital assets.
  • Working knowledge of short-form animation for marketing and social platforms.
  • Present design work to stakeholders with rationale and support with competitive analysis research.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and liaise with staff and vendors regarding production.

Collaboration and Project Management:

  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Supervision and Leadership:

  • Train and provide art direction for junior designers, reviewing their work for quality.
  • Work independently under broad supervision.
  • Establish effective relationships at senior management levels across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Stay updated with industry trends in design, UI/UX, video production, and editing software/tools.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience in web graphic design and email/landing pages in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or Hubspot preferred.
  • Required Figma experience.
  • Proficient in animating and designing engaging visual content using tools like Canva.
  • Excellent communication, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Proven 5+ years experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
  • Experience in video editing and production.

The pay range for this role is $75,375.00 - $100,475.00. This is an estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors like experience, skills, and location.
