What We Do
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer with expertise in digital design to join our dynamic creative team. This role combines creative design with technical proficiency to elevate our brand's visual storytelling across various digital platforms. The Senior Designer will be responsible for planning, concepting, layout, design, and post-production to produce high-quality work that meets marketing objectives and drives results. The position also involves helping to apply and evolve branding guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Design Expertise:
- Create visually compelling designs for digital assets, presentations, marketing collateral, tradeshow support, and branding materials using graphic design principles.
- Develop innovative concepts and solutions that align with brand guidelines and project objectives, maintaining corporate identity and design standards.
- Develop creative for cross-channel campaigns, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling and brand consistency across platforms.
- Design and optimize user-friendly website layouts that enhance user experience and reflect current design trends.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement functional, aesthetically pleasing design solutions aligned with SEO principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email design and development.
- Proficient in Figma for designing high-quality digital assets across platforms.
- Working knowledge of short-form animation for marketing and social platforms.
- Present design work to stakeholders with rationales and support with competitive analysis research.
- Troubleshoot production problems and liaise with staff and vendors regarding production issues.
- Collaboration and Project Management:
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Supervision and Leadership:
- Train and provide art direction for junior designers, reviewing their work for quality.
- Work independently under broad supervision.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior management across functions.
- What You'll Bring
- Stay updated with industry trends in design, UI/UX, video production, and editing tools.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with web-based graphic design, email, and landing page tools like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or Hubspot (preferred).
- Required Figma experience.
- Proficient in animating and designing visual content with tools like Canva.
- Excellent communication, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in video editing and production, understanding videography principles.
The pay range for this role is $75,375.00 - $100,475.00. This estimate is based on various factors including experience, skills, and location.
