Head of Marketing About the Company Respected manufacturer of high-quality lighting products Industry Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to spearhead and synchronize all marketing activities in the United States and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product sales and supporting the company's business objectives through the development and execution of regional marketing strategies. This pivotal role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and collaborating with sales and product teams to enhance market share. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with creating and implementing online marketing strategies, managing external vendors, and leading a team to ensure the effective and efficient execution of marketing initiatives. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 15 years' marketing and/or product development experience, including at least 7 years in a marketing leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in the lighting industry and experience working with global teams. Key qualifications include excellent leadership, strategy development, and process improvement skills, as well as the ability to manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively. The role also demands a strong focus on collaboration, both within the marketing team and with cross-functional partners, to ensure the successful implementation of go-to-market strategies and the achievement of sales and operational targets.
