Job Summary
Intelsio is seeking a highly driven and creative individual to join our Client Services team. This role will focus on a range of design- and data-oriented tasks, assisting with the execution of marketing strategies across multiple fast-growing brands. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize creative assets.
- Design and maintain up-to-date client toolkits and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of client decks, focusing on visual layout and design.
- Jump into a variety of marketing projects no two days are the same.
- Use creativity to brainstorm new marketing approaches, content, and visual concepts.
- Track and analyze campaign data to uncover insights and guide future decisions.
- Coordinate and document timelines, deliverables, and communication across projects.
- Support in building marketing assets, managing content calendars, and assisting with client-facing materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
The right candidate must be self-motivated, proficient, and eager to assist and learn the different facets of digital marketing technology. The qualified individual would likely have the following:
- 13 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role.
- Design portfolio showcasing visually appealing work for clients.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Suite/Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and variety.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience with email design and HTML.
