- Lead a smooth and welcoming move-in process with strong attention to detail
- Manage the leasing office: order supplies, support the leasing team, and assist with marketing
- Oversee resident billing and ledger accuracy
- Follow up on delinquencies, process legal notices, and manage collections
- Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and invoice processing
- Process write-offs, evictions, and financial documentation in line with policy
- Partner with the Community Manager to onboard and support leasing team members
- Jump in to assist with tours or leasing tasks when needed
- Help manage community promotions and local business partnerships
- Share ideas to boost performance and improve systems
- Stay current on local, state, and federal housing laws
- Track lease violations and handle resident documentation
- Ensure accuracy in all resident files and system records
- Support audit readiness and assist with affordable housing compliance (if applicable)
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Competitive pay with growth opportunities
- A team-first, high-energy work environment
- Paid time off—we believe in work-life balance
- Total rewards package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)
- Ongoing learning and development to help you grow
- A chance to make a real impact in a growing company
- 2+ years of experience in property management or as an Assistant Community Manager
- Strong knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and property regulations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail, especially with billing and reporting
- Proficient in property management software (Yardi, OneSite, or similar)
- Strong time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A team mindset and a solutions-first attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
Join a company that believes in doing work that matters, growing talent from within, and creating strong communities through great service. Apply now—we can’t wait to meet you.
