The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and visionary Creative Supervisor to lead EVOLV’s creative direction and ensure our brand is consistently represented across all platforms. This role requires both hands-on design skills and leadership ability, with the potential to grow into a Marketing Manager position. If you’re passionate about design, branding, and creative strategy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing and branding materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Oversee creative projects across digital, print, trade shows, and branded experiences.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of designers, web designers, web developers, and external creative partners.
  • Develop and maintain EVOLV’s brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Provide creative direction for trade show booths, marketing collateral, and advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative work supports EVOLV’s business goals and resonates with target audiences in multiple markets (U.S., Canada, South America, Europe).
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality standards for all creative deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience leading or supervising creative teams.
  • Knowledge of design for both digital and print production.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to leadership.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A creative thinker who can also be strategic, with ambition to grow into a Marketing Manager role.

Qualifications

  • Language: English (required); Spanish or Italian (a plus).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in graphic design or creative direction, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Work Location: On-site in Fort Lauderdale.
  • Paid Training: Yes, we invest in your success!
  • Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour
