2025/26 Private Music Lesson Instructor/Marching Technician

Position Overview:

• Private Music Lesson Instructor: Provide private voice or instrument lessons to LISD middle and high school students. Instructors may hold private lessons on LISD campuses and are responsible for billing parents directly. Fingerprinting through the State Board for Educator Certification is required, with a cost of approximately $50.20.
• Marching Tech: Assist with teaching in the high school marching band programs, providing individual and small group instruction from July to November. Attendance at marching contests and football games is determined by the directors. Fingerprinting is also required, with the same associated cost.

Both roles require fingerprinting, which incurs a fee paid by the employee. Leander ISD is an equal opportunity employer.
