Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and a passion for creating compelling graphics that elevate our brand identity. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that meet business objectives and resonate with our audience.

This is a full onsite role, going onsite five days a week in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to completion for various projects including marketing materials, branding, and digital assets.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create cohesive design solutions that align with business goals.
Create visually stunning graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring high-quality outputs for print and digital media.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software to continually enhance the creative process and output.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support in their professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Minimum of eight years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of typography, branding, layout design, and color theory.
Experience with UX/UI design and familiarity with Figma and Dotdigital is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
