Alfred Street Baptist Church (ASBC) is seeking a Communications and Marketing Project Coordinator to help amplify our mission and engage our growing community!

What Youll Do:

• Lead marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with the Director of Communications and Marketing to develop and execute strategic campaigns across digital, social, email, and print platforms.
• Manage content creation, including website updates, social media, and promotional materials to boost engagement and event participation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to streamline workflows and deliver high-quality communications.
• Track analytics and media outreach to measure impact and refine strategies.
• Support administrative tasks while contributing fresh ideas to elevate ASBCs brand.

What Were Looking For:

A creative problem-solver with 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination.

Strong organizational skillsyou can juggle multiple projects while keeping everything on track.

Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and project management tools (certification a plus!).

Exceptional communicatoryou write clearly, edit meticulously, and collaborate effectively.

A heart for ministryyoure excited to support ASBCs mission through innovative outreach.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Graphic design or photo editing skills
• Experience with digital analytics and social media strategy
• A knack for building relationships with media and community partners

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management best practices.

Work Schedule:

• Standard hours: Tuesday Friday, 9 AM 7 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Flexibility required for evening events, weekend events, and major productions (e.g., Christmas concerts, special services)
