Job Summary:

Alfred Street Baptist Church is a vibrant, inclusive community dedicated to faith, service, and innovation. They are seeking a Communications and Marketing Project Coordinator to lead marketing projects, develop strategic campaigns, and manage content creation to engage their community effectively.

Responsibilities:

Lead marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Collaborate with the Director of Communications and Marketing to develop and execute strategic campaigns across digital, social, email, and print platforms.

Manage content creation, including website updates, social media, and promotional materials to boost engagement and event participation.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to streamline workflows and deliver high-quality communications.

Track analytics and media outreach to measure impact and refine strategies.

Support administrative tasks while contributing fresh ideas to elevate ASBCs brand.

Qualifications:

Required:

3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination.

Strong organizational skills.

Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and project management tools.

Exceptional communicator with clear writing and meticulous editing skills.

A heart for ministry and excitement to support ASBCs mission.

Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.

Familiarity with project management best practices.

Preferred:

Graphic design or photo editing skills.

Experience with digital analytics and social media strategy.

A knack for building relationships with media and community partners.
