We're looking for a passionate, bilingual communicator to join our team as a part time 2o hour per week Video Teller, where you'll connect with members in real time, solve problems, and make managing money easier, more effective, and yes-more fun!
What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face (via video!) that members trust for everyday banking.
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Spot opportunities to improve members' financial lives and refer them to teammates who can help.
- Use multi-factor authentication to keep our members safe.
Hit service and sales goals with the help of structured training and coaching.

- You help us stay compliant with regulations.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
Basic Microsoft Office and math skills.
