Junior Marketing Account Manager

LS Direct Marketing - Junior Marketing Account Manager We are looking for a Junior Marketing Account Manager to join our Client Success team to focus on managing the relationship of one of our largest accounts. The candidate will be an integral member of the team that supports the direct mail, including vendor management and related initiatives. This involves collaboration across the organization with third party vendors to ensure that each campaign is properly supported to ensure success. This is a hands-on, action-oriented position in a fast-growing company. Position location: Tampa, FL. This role requires frequent domestic travel between the NY office and Clients Corporate office in Tampa, FL. Travel schedule will be determined collectively by manager, client, and the candidate. This is a full-time on-site position with flexibility. Core Responsibilities Support the direct mail marketing strategy for customers and prospects to drive incremental sales and customer list growth within corporate markets. Track and manage campaign budgets. Maintain the campaign timeline and ensure all deliverables are met on time. Report out on results of previous campaigns. Partner with the brand team to support seasonal campaigns and drive category sales through direct mail initiatives and. Partner with the promotional team to support promotions throughout the year via direct mail. Manage day to day responsibilities/communication with the vendor. Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Effective time management and organizational skills Work independently as well as in a team environment Analytical and problem solving skills Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet Strong skills in agility, along with the ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities changes on short notice Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment Work professionally with customers and co-workers to efficiently serve our customers, treating both with enthusiasm and respect Display empathy, understanding and patience with employees and external customers Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries Seniority level
