**Position: Project Manager & Subject Matter Expert for Wastewater Plant Design**
**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with eligibility for NC PE registration. - 7 to 15 years of robust experience in Wastewater Plant Design and municipal utility infrastructure. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with standard engineering design programs. - Ability to exhibit strong presentation, technical writing, and public speaking skills with a track record in business development. - Comprehensive understanding of the water/wastewater field integrated with leadership and team-building abilities. - Demonstrated experience in consulting business operations, including finance, IT, and HR functions. - Active involvement in professional organizations and public engagements is highly desirable. - Valid driver's license with a clean record.
**Standout Factors:**
- Expertise in managing design projects for wastewater and/or water treatment facilities. - Established relationships with municipal or similar public utility clients. - Proven experience in managing design teams and serving as a client liaison.
