Junior Marketing Account Manager

to join our Client Success team, focusing on managing relationships with one of our largest accounts. The candidate will be an integral part of the team supporting direct mail initiatives, including vendor management and related activities. This role involves collaboration across the organization and with third-party vendors to ensure successful campaign execution. It is a hands-on, action-oriented position in a fast-growing company. Tampa, FL. The role requires frequent domestic travel between the NY office and the clients corporate office in Tampa, FL. Travel schedule will be determined collaboratively by the manager, client, and the candidate. This is a full-time on-site position with flexibility. Core Responsibilities Support direct mail marketing strategies to drive incremental sales and customer list growth within corporate markets. Track and manage campaign budgets. Maintain campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are met on time. Report on previous campaign results. Partner with the brand team to support seasonal campaigns and drive category sales through direct mail initiatives. Collaborate with the promotional team to support promotions via direct mail throughout the year. Manage day-to-day responsibilities and communications with vendors. Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred). Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team. Experience with document management systems. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of Continuous Improvement processes. Ability to handle multiple projects within established timeframes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet tools. Adaptability and agility to pivot when priorities change. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism in interactions with customers and colleagues, demonstrating enthusiasm, respect, empathy, and patience.
