Position: Partnership Marketing Gameday Associate
Department: Partnership Marketing
Reporting Relationship: Manager, Partnership Marketing
Status: Part Time Internship
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day functions of the Partnership Services Department on Panthers gameday and game weeks.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of partner activations including training camp and all game day activations Manual labor required (partner event implementation, activation set-up and breakdown, etc.) Assist with gameday preparation on Friday and Saturday leading into gameday weekends Support and work closely on Sponsor events to ensure proper inclusion and communication for team events. Must develop and maintain courteous, effective, and professional working relationships with partners and employees at all levels of the organization. Maintain appropriate confidentiality with regard to partner and Club matters. Follow company policies and procedures. Understand impact on other departments. Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to attendance standards and work deadlines and all scheduled meetings. Must adapt, with minimal or no advance notice, to changes in how business is conducted and work is accomplished. Assist the Corporate Partnerships team as directed on an as-needed basis Other duties as required by Director of Partnership Strategy and Partnership Strategy Manager Minimum Requirements
Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends (including all stadium & sponsor events) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Must be willing to accept and embrace tasks as they are assigned Must be dependable, accountable, and trustworthy Work well in team environment Strong customer service skills Courteous and professional Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must pass pre-employment screens Must be ready to take initiative and get things done. Be able to go from project to project seamlessly. Multi-tasking. Essential Functions
Standing for long periods of time Walking throughout the stadium Lift up to 50lbs Talking to customers (internal and external) Bending and stooping (occasional) Driving large vehicles, sometimes in confined spaces Must be a team player who works well with others in a dynamic environment, and consistently displays a positive, can-do attitude Work Environment
Mostly office environment Off-site sponsorship events (occasional) Outdoors in elements assisting with game day activation Game Day/Events in stadium which may include inclement weather
