Marketing Coordinator/ Community Specialist/ Manager
Contract We are based out of Morristown, NJ, and have been providing contingent labor to our clients for the last 25 years. In 2015, we placed more than 6,000 contractors across 100+ clients we service. The end client for this project is a large legal organization with operations in over 100 countries and more than 50,000 employees worldwide. For eight consecutive years, Fortune has named this company as one of the World’s ‘Most Admired Companies to Work For’. Job Title: Community Manager Duration: 5 Months (could extend beyond) · The online community manager will act as the external voice of the company and its brands, while also representing the voice of the customers internally.
· The role involves serving as a hub for customer engagement, connecting personally with customers (humanizing the company), and providing feedback to various internal departments such as development, PR, marketing, legal, tech support, and digital teams. · The community manager oversees one or multiple brands within a category, ensuring that both internal and external customers receive the best and most effective customer experience. · Responsibilities include communicating through multimedia channels such as phone, email, live chat, or mobile when necessary. · Managing conversational calendars and proactively engaging with customers is essential. · The online community manager will implement the company’s online community strategy, manage engagement, foster interactivity, and promote community spirit. · This role involves coordinating with internal editorial and marketing teams to support their missions, maintain consistent brand voice, and cultivate a strong community around the brand. · Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., PR, journalism, communication, marketing) or demonstrate equivalent experience and ability. · A minimum of 1-3 years of experience is typically expected for this position.
