If so, join the specialists in the medicine of motion today!The Provider Relations & Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with referring providers, community partners, and internal stakeholders to support the growth and visibility of the organization. This position serves as a key liaison between the Director of Marketing and external contacts, ensuring alignment across marketing, outreach, and business development efforts.Primary responsibilities include conducting outreach visits, promoting OCR's services, coordinating provider onboarding, and supporting strategic marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms. The role also involves managing referral data, auditing online physician listings, organizing community and internal events, maintaining promotional inventory, and assisting with budget tracking.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvider Relations & OutreachServe as a primary point of contact for referring provider (PCP) offices and internal stakeholders while working in close collaborations with the Director of Marketing & Practice Development.Foster positive, ongoing relationships with physicians, clinic managers, and healthcare partners.Bring energy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills to every interaction, serving as a dynamic ambassador for OCR.Conduct practice visits and outreach to build rapport, deliver materials, and promote services.Gather feedback, identify barriers to referrals, and relay insights to the Director of Marketing.Coordinate provider onboarding and education on OCR's programs, services, and processes.Monitor referral trends, help identify growth opportunities and support targeted outreach initiatives.Facilitate networking efforts to foster relationships with local primary care referrals, medical practices, and healthcare systems to increase patient referrals and strengthen OCR's brand reputation.Maintain PCP and referral database reports.Coordinate PCP networking lunches and mixers tailored to OCR South physicians' goals and target provider lists.Ensure OCR physician information is accurate on health system websites.Marketing Support & Campaign ExecutionServe as a key liaison between the Director of Marketing and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and communication efforts.Assist with the execution of the Director of Marketing's strategic initiatives across multiple platforms, including: Print, digital, social media, YouTube, email, blog, billboard, video, sponsorship, and internal campaigns. Have a deep understanding of social media and electronic marketing trends to support content development and drive engagement across platforms.Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to execute creative, high-impact digital content that aligns with OCR's voice and campaign objectives.Support content development and cross-platform promotion of key service lines and physicians.Ensure all OCR campus and physician Google My Business (GMB) profiles are accurate.Manage and audit physician listings on platforms such as WebMD, Vitals, Healthgrades, and similar directories.Conduct monthly audits to catch unauthorized changes made by Google and ensure action is taken if needed.Brand Management & Promotional OversightCoordinate advertising and sponsorship requests with external vendors and community partners.Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all advertising initiatives.Track and maintain inventory of promotional items, physician posters, business cards, and branded gear.Coordinate distribution of marketing materials to all OCR locations, with a focus on supporting the South campuses.Collaborate with OCR Athletic Trainers at St. Vrain Valley High Schools to ensure all branding materials and banners are appropriately distributed and maintained.Community Partnerships & Outreach InitiativesConduct yearly reviews of hotel partnerships.Update and distribute hotel marketing materials for OCR South and North campuses.Coordinate with hotels to offer discounted rates for OCR patients, enhancing the overall patient experience.Support planning and execution of community and professional events including but not limited to: Orthopaedic Symposium, Total Joint Walk, CSU 5K, Bike to Work Day, Healthcare Summit, local 5Ks, and other South campus initiatives. Represent OCR at community events and on-site booth activations.Budget Management & Marketing Analytics:Assist in aligning marketing activities with department budgets and SMART goals.Maintain and monitor monthly budget spreadsheets and reports.Track marketing metrics to assess program effectiveness and ROI.Internal Engagement & Organizational Events:Provide assistance with internal OCR events such as: Holiday Party, Employee Appreciation Week, Milestone Awards Night, and other employee engagement efforts. Other duties as assigned. RequirementsEducation and ExperiencePreferred Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field required.A minimum of five years' experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Demonstrated experience with traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.Knowledge of marketing/sales strategies related to proposal writing and presentations.Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.Travel RequirementsPosition requires acceptable motor vehicle driving history, valid and free from restrictions, and must have a valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle insurance coverage. Ability to travel between all OCR locations.Physical RequirementsThe work environment is the typical office environment. The employee must be able to complete their work satisfactorily in an environment where there are significant distractions, including staff, patients, and vendors walking through and conversing, telephones ringing, conversations carrying over, loud noises, and interruptions to answer questions from others.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls up to 8 hours per day. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.The employee may regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and should do so in a sound and safe manner.
