The Senior Brand Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing the company's brand marketing programs for Colorado, Texas, and Arizona regional brands. This role supports the Senior Brand Marketing Manager in turning strategic marketing plans into results-driven campaigns, collateral, and communications that align with business goals and enhance the patient experience. The position manages multi-channel marketing deliverables across digital, print, in-clinic, and event platforms, ensuring brand consistency, timely execution, and measurable impact. Working closely with corporate marketing, regional operations, and external partners, this role bridges strategic direction with tactical execution and serves as a primary contact for regional marketing needs. Base pay range

Jobot is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to staff a position as a Senior Brand and Marketing Specialist. The Senior Brand and Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing the company's brand marketing programs for Colorado, Texas, and Arizona regional brands. This role supports the Senior Brand Marketing Manager in turning strategic marketing plans into results-driven campaigns, collateral, and communications that align with business goals and enhance the patient experience. This position manages multi-channel marketing deliverables across digital, print, in-clinic, and event platforms, ensuring brand consistency, timely execution, and measurable impact. Working closely with corporate marketing, regional operations, and external partners, the Brand Marketing Manager bridges strategic direction with tactical execution and serves as a primary point of contact for regional marketing needs. Key Responsibilities
Campaign, Strategy, & Project Execution: Collaborate with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to contribute market insights and tactical recommendations that inform regional marketing strategies, and to implement marketing plans and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions. Manage day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Regional Collaboration & Partner Management: Support the development of marketing resources, programs, and training tools for regional teams, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to communicate marketing plans, campaign updates, and resource needs effectively across regions. Serve as a marketing liaison for assigned regional teams, working closely with Operations Leaders, Regional Physician Relations & Outreach Managers, and other key stakeholders to understand and support local marketing needs. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, including print vendors, creative agencies, designers, photographers, and technology providers. Develop clear creative briefs, provide direction, and offer constructive feedback to ensure timely, high-quality marketing deliverables. Content Development & Channel Management: Create, adapt, and deploy marketing content for digital (website, email, social) and traditional (print, signage) channels, maintaining brand voice and tone. Manage regular updates to website content, including provider bios, service pages, and localized landing pages. Collaborate with our digital agency to manage paid and organic campaigns, optimizing creative assets per channel. Collateral & Asset Management: Oversee production, updating, and distribution of printed collateral materials, signage, and brochures. Maintain organized collateral libraries for internal use. Event & Partnership Marketing Support: Support Partnerships Development-led community events and referring provider outreach with print collateral, invitations, and digital promotions. Coordinate event-specific marketing collateral, displays, and promotional items. Digital Marketing Coordination: Coordinate social media calendar execution, including asset creation, scheduling, and posting. Support SEO-optimized content updates and oversee landing page development for campaigns. Track, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics, sharing actionable insights. Brand Stewardship & Reputation Support: Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints. Support initiatives to monitor and improve brand sentiment and patient reviews. Serve as an internal brand champion, providing guidance and training on brand best practices. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business (or similar). At least 2+ years of experience managing multi-channel campaigns and working with external vendors or agencies. Healthcare industry experience OR within a multi-location organization. Excellent writing and editing skills. Proficiency with marketing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms (WordPress), social scheduling tools (Hootsuite), and email marketing platforms. Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital advertising best practices. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative team environment. How to apply
