Strategic Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a growing SaaS company as their Strategic Marketing Operations Manager. This position will be ideal for a strong analytical mind who can drive B2B projects to delivery.

This is a fully remote position, candidates will be expected to hold EST hours in this role.

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution 30%

Draft marketing emails, LinkedIn messages, one-pagers, blogs, and thought leadership content. Tailor messaging for CXO/VP personas across Sales, CS, Product, Sales Enablement, RevOps, GTM Strategy, and Value functions at $100M+ SaaS companies. Partner with Sales and CS to launch and refine campaigns that drive pipeline growth and customer expansion. Enrich and segment contact lists to ensure campaigns reach the right stakeholders (e.g., using enrichment tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Marketing Operations & Analytics- 50%

Track and analyze campaign performance across email, LinkedIn, website, and events. Translate raw data into insights and clear recommendations on whats working and what needs improvement, including what is leading to new sales and expansion opportunities. Partner with Sales to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes (e.g., opportunities sourced, influenced pipeline). Leverage HubSpot and Salesforce to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and automate dashboards. Draft customer case studies that highlight product innovation, business outcomes, and sales enablement use cases. Create executive-ready presentations, including board-level decks, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials. Maintain and organize the marketing content database, ensuring timely uploads, easy access, and consistent tracking of utilization. Identify gaps, opportunities, and high-impact projects that accelerate GTM execution. Drive accountability by documenting outcomes, following up on deliverables, and ensuring outputs tie back to measurable impact Attend executive meetings in Sr. Directors absence

Requirements:

Bachelors required, MBA a plus SaaS, FinTech, Industry 4.0 and related industries preferred Strong writing skills with proven ability to draft customer-facing and executive level content Analytical and operationally savvyable to pull data from multiple sources and build actionable reports. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strongly preferred: familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or marketing analytics/automation software, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Analytics
