Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Position Summary
The Fashion Coach will be responsible for supervising and developing associates, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving sales and profitability. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, mentoring, communicating store goals, managing operational activities, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The role requires leadership in implementing business initiatives, maintaining high standards of integrity, and supporting Walmart’s mission and values.
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of college OR 1 year of retail and supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of relevant trainings and assessments, and background checks for firearm-related sales if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Leadership, certification in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising multiple direct reports.
