Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback; collaborate across store levels on operations, merchandising, and company initiatives; lead change efforts; set clear expectations; and communicate business objectives effectively. Model excellent customer service, support community outreach, resolve customer issues, and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience. Ensure compliance with policies and support the company's mission, values, and ethics.

Compensation and Benefits

Offering a competitive salary range of $69,000 to $80,000 plus performance bonuses. Additional pay may include regional and complex structure adjustments based on location and external factors.

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years of college OR 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience. For firearm-related roles, successful completion of background checks and training is required. All associates must complete required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications...

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership, along with experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
