What you'll do...
Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback; communicate store operations and initiatives; implement change; and ensure business objectives are met. Model excellent customer service, support community outreach, and resolve customer issues. Ensure compliance with policies and support ethical standards. Drive sales and operational performance through financial management, inventory control, and shrink mitigation. Foster an inclusive environment that respects individual differences and promotes a culture of belonging. Act with integrity, deliver results focused on customer satisfaction, pursue excellence through continuous learning, and support technological and process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications...
2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience. For firearm-related roles, successful completion of background checks and training is required. All associates must complete required training and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications...
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related certifications, experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
