This role is primarily Remote but requires the ability to commute to City of Industry, CA and local events as needed.
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating, managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns. They will assist in growing engagement and developing new and exciting ways to work with influencers on all Social Media platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns including influencer sourcing, communications, creative briefing, and overseeing execution within the team.
- Clothing sample program: ordering and organizing product samples and ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
- Influencer Gifting Program: preparing PR boxes, curating gifting lists, liaising with influencers, and owning timelines.
- Identify and cultivate new communities of influencers to reach new audiences and extend our brand awareness.
- Innovate and advocate for new ways to expand our influencer marketing initiatives, and collaborate with other teams to leverage creative and strategic resources.
- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking trends in social media and the influencer landscape to keep our initiatives at the forefront of the industry.
- BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing within the beauty, apparel, or lifestyle industries.
- Digitally savvy with strong familiarity and experience with the influencer industry and social media.
- Always has their finger on the pulse of what’s trending including pop culture, news, and new advances in digital/social marketing.
- A strong eye for aesthetics and the ability to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across influencer collaborations.
- Proven track record in executing influencer outreach campaigns.
- In depth knowledge of the social media industry.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organized with great time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
- Ability to work in a team environment, give and receive honest, direct feedback.
- Meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, copes well with change and maintains composure under pressure.
- Ability to travel to the Torrid HQ and events as needed
