What Youll Do
- Lead and complete renovation projects across a portfolio of apartment buildings and townhomes.
- Perform high-quality upgrades including kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring installation, tile work, carpentry, drywall, painting, and more.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to plan and execute renovations on time and within budget.
- Ensure completed units meet our high standards and are rent-ready.
- Demo and prep units for renovation work, managing material orders and job site cleanliness.
- Communicate professionally with property managers, team members, and vendors.
- Adapt to shifting project timelines and priorities.
- Strong carpentry and finish work experience (cabinets, trim, doors, etc.)
- Kitchen and bath remodeling expertise.
- Light electrical and plumbing knowledge (enough to support licensed contractors or troubleshoot).
- Tile, flooring, and painting proficiency.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
- Minimum of 3 years in residential or multifamily renovation.
- A keen eye for detail and quality workmanship.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (must be able to transport tools and materials).
- Comfortable lifting 40 lbs., using ladders, and working in active construction zones.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends based on project needs.
