About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to play a pivotal role in the integration and leadership of the Acquisition, Retention, and Brand functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and brand affinity. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong foundation in place, ready to guide the team through a phase of expansion and ensure the creative vision aligns with the goal of driving both short-term performance and long-term brand equity. The VP of Marketing will also be instrumental in setting and exceeding financial goals, managing the marketing budget, and overseeing the transition to an omnichannel presence.
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' of experience, with at least 3 years' in management consulting and 3 years' in marketing leadership within a consumer brand or growth-focused environment. The role requires a proven track record in integrated marketing strategy, digital channels, customer segmentation, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker, an inspiring storyteller, and possess exceptional leadership and team-building skills. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is essential. The VP of Marketing will be expected to partner with the CRO and the leadership team, manage a high-performing marketing team, and ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints.
