Creditors' Rights Attorney

Manage matters within creditors' rights, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and debt collection cases. Draft, review, and approve legal pleadings and related documents. Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and client updates. Partner with clients to deliver timely and effective legal strategies. Contribute to special projects and firm initiatives. Requirements
Juris Doctorate (JD). Member in good standing with the state bar in one of the listed states. Experience in creditors' rights or related practice areas is a plus. Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills. Education
