Overview

Marksman Security Corporation is hiring Unarmed FLEX Communications Officers for the site at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Texas, Inc., San Antonio, TX.

This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour. Flexibility is essential, as you must be able to work any hours, including weekends and holidays, with little to no notice.

The role involves monitoring security systems, dispatching response personnel, and coordinating emergency communications 24/7/365. Prior experience in security operations center (SOC) and customer service is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real-time.
• Observe CCTV footage for hazards, unauthorized access, and safety violations.
• Dispatch security officers and emergency responders during incidents.
• Manage incoming calls and alerts, responding swiftly and professionally.
• Document incidents accurately in electronic reporting platforms.
• Follow operating procedures and escalation protocols.
• Support during emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or natural disasters.
• Operate communication systems including radios, intercoms, and PA systems.
• Manage facility badge access controls.
• Provide security support for client projects and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Non-commissioned security license in Texas.
• Previous dispatch experience and security background required.
• Strong customer service and report writing skills.
• Experience with monitoring, surveillance, and security equipment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
