Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced digital marketing sales professional to drive immediate revenue growth through new client acquisition and business development initiatives. This position reports directly to our COO while working closely with our CEO to maintain client relationships and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective prospecting

Utilize CRM systems to track leads and opportunities

Translate client business challenges into digital marketing solutions

Work closely with the CEO and COO to implement business development strategies

Analyze market trends and identify opportunities in key industry niches

Create compelling pitch presentations and proposals

Attend industry events and conferences for networking

Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications

3-5 years of sales experience (digital marketing sales preferred, but not required)

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Experience in digital marketing sales, or related services

Outstanding communication abilities and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and improvement

Ability to understand client business challenges and propose effective solutions
