ROLE – Director of Enterprise Sales - Marketing Analytics INDUSTRY - Market Research, Marketing, Advertising Services, Data Analytics SALARY – DOE; we are open to full-time, part-time, or contract. Salary and benefits will depend on experience and contract type. Human Made Machine is a fast-growing, independent martech company with a focus on creative optimization. We help advertisers find winning creative and maximize the impact of their media spend by using data and technology to enhance traditional research practices. We\'re looking for our first dedicated sales hire to join our team as the Director of Enterprise Sales - Marketing Analytics for North America. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you\'ll be a "hunter" and a "builder," opening doors with senior decision-makers like Heads of Marketing, Measurement, and Insights. You will manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the sales strategy. What You\'ll Do Lead sales efforts for enterprise accounts and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from outreach to close. Clearly communicate how our solutions deliver more accurate and actionable results than current measurement approaches. Create and execute account strategies for our top brands and help turn pilot programs into larger, multi-year engagements. Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership efforts. Work with the CEO and leadership team to refine sales narratives and target accounts. Help build a repeatable sales playbook for future hires as the team scales. What We\'re Looking For 8+ years of experience selling marketing technology, media measurement, or insights solutions. Proven success closing complex enterprise deals (worth $500k-$2M or more). Experience selling to senior stakeholders at major global advertisers. A strong understanding of digital advertising, creative testing, and panel-based measurement. An entrepreneurial, collaborative, and scrappy mindset—someone who can build as they sell. You\'ll stand out if you have media analytics experience, experience with SaaS products, or prior experience working with similar prospective clients. Seniority
