About the Role : The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and deliver a measurable return on investment. This role requires a data-driven marketer who thrives in both creative development and vendor management. Responsibilities
Lead all in-house marketing efforts, including content direction, social strategy, and brand messaging Analyze performance of advertising spend and optimize for ROI Manage third-party vendor relationships (ad agencies, photographers, videographers, etc.) Guide the planning and use of outsourced visual assets (photos, reels, commercials) Support execution of campaigns across digital platforms (TV, social, blog, email) Help determine which functions to handle in-house vs. outsource based on cost and performance Ensure alignment of all messaging with the company's voice and luxury positioning Stay current on market trends and consumer engagement strategies within the luxury goods space Qualifications
1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in fine jewelry, luxury retail, or similar Understanding of jewelry retail language and customer behavior Strong analytical skills; comfortable assessing ROI and ad performance Vendor or agency management experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Canva, and social platforms Strong written and visual communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Portfolio of previous campaigns or creative work preferred Schedule
