Overview Lead the development and execution of our core marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in identifying market opportunities, defining our competitive positioning, and shaping the future direction of our product portfolio from a marketing perspective. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of the medical device industry. Responsibilities

Strategy Development

Develop and execute long-term and short-term marketing strategies aligned with MGC Diagnostics' business objectives, revenue targets and product development roadmaps.

Conduct in-depth market research, including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and trend analysis within the cardiopulmonary diagnostics space.

Define target markets, key customer segments, and value propositions for new and existing products.

Collaborate with product management, sales, and clinical teams to ensure marketing initiatives support product launches and sales goals.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

Develop and implement a robust social media strategy across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Create compelling and informative content (e.g., blog posts, articles, videos, case studies, white papers) optimized for various digital channels.

Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively participate in relevant online conversations.

Track and analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic marketing initiatives and establish robust measurement frameworks.

Analyze market performance data to identify areas for optimization and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with sales to develop effective lead nurturing programs and sales enablement tools.

Collaborate with clinical and R&D teams to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling marketing messages.

Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and representation across all internal and external communications.

Supervisory Responsibility This position will supervise 2-4 direct reports.

Work Environment The normal environment is quiet and typical of an open office setting with some areas that may be louder at times.

Physical Demands

Will be required to regularly sit for extended periods of time; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, talk, hear and see.

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands and arms.

The environment is fast-paced; time pressured and requires accuracy.

Will be required to regularly multi-task between projects, move throughout the office building and effectively communicate.

Travel Limited travel up to 25%.

Required Education And Experience

5+ years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and social media management, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or B2B technology industries.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have driven significant business growth.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness, website traffic).

Proven ability to develop, implement, and adapt effective social media strategies aligned with business goals and best practices.

Proven experience in market segmentation, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping.

Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills, with experience creating compelling content tailored to various platforms.

Proficient in interpreting social media analytics and performance data to inform decisions and optimize future strategies.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.

Skilled in fostering online engagement, managing interactions, and cultivating positive brand relationships.

Social Media Expertise - In-depth knowledge of major platforms, current trends, audience behaviors, and industry best practices.

Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Education And Experience

2+ years of management experience leading a small team

Medical device marketing experience
