We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Manager to grow and manage our ecosystem of technology and implementation partners in BENELUX. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a B2B SaaS environment, understands channel dynamics, and can drive revenue and customer success through partner engagement. This sales-focused resource will be part of a global partner organization and will contribute to the success of a dynamic regional sales organization. The best candidates will have experience working with system integrators, digital agencies, ecommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce), DAM vendors, and other organizations across the MACH alliance. In this role, the Partner Manager will work to build and execute collaborative business plans with our partners, that create value for partners, Inriver, and most importantly, our mutual customers. Understanding of direct and indirect sales motions and partner deal registration models is critical.
Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new solution and implementation partners aligned to the Inriver platform. Build joint go-to-market plans, enablement programs, and co-selling initiatives with strategic partners. Manage partner performance, pipeline development, and joint sales forecasting. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to support partner growth. Stay current on the PIM, PXM, and digital commerce landscape to ensure partner alignment and competitive differentiation. Required Skills & Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, and business development in a B2B SaaS environment. Familiarity with PIM, MDM, or related digital commerce solutions. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Self-starter with experience managing partner pipelines and delivering measurable results. Live the core values!
