Public Relations Communications Specialist

Adecco Creative & Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Specialist for a contractor position to support external communications across our clients Retail Banking and Fraud business lines. This role will play a critical part in managing media inquiries, developing measurement reports, supporting proactive media relations, and evaluating business engagements for potential reputation risk. This is a 3month contract position with potential to extend. The rate for this role is between $30-$40hr. Key Responsibilities: Partner with internal escalations teams to research customer cases. Draft recommended approaches and external statements. Manage stakeholder alignment and approval processes. Serve as a liaison with reporters. Lead development of bi-weekly coverage reports in partnership with an agency. Collaborate with agency partners on quarterly measurement reports. Review and draft pitches and story ideas. Support briefing book development for media opportunities. Vet and review speaking engagements, partnerships, and business activities for potential reputation risks. Provide communications support for retail banking touchpoints such as financial centers and cafés. Provide support for executive LinkedIn engagement in partnership with agency teams. Assist with influencer engagement initiatives. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 3 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or related fields Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with agencies and managing media relations
