We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in La Mirada, California. This role is ideal for a creative and meticulous individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to execute impactful marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in managing digital campaigns, optimizing website content, and supporting marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain website content, including images, banners, product details, disclaimers, FAQs, and event information.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns through HubSpot, including managing lists, handling inquiries, and scheduling eblasts.
• Review and oversee the development of marketing collateral, signage, and promotional campaigns to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Support tradeshow preparations by updating digital showrooms and distributing marketing assets to representatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop creative solutions and deliverables for marketing projects.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords to refine strategies.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of targeted advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications are proofread for accuracy and consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing or digital content management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and editing.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email campaign software.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and apply insights to improve strategies.
