Overview
The PR, Influencer & Community Marketing Manager will lead North America’s integrated strategy across earned media, influencer marketing, VIP engagement, and creator-driven community building. This role is responsible for managing one integrated PR + influencer agency, delivering cohesive storytelling across press and talent, and driving cultural relevance at national and regional levels. A connector at heart, this role weaves together storytelling, creators, and community amplification to build brand heat and desirability before, during, and after key brand moments, collaborations, and retail or cultural events.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead North America’s PR, influencer, and community marketing strategy, aligned with global brand narrative and North America priorities
- Identify and define storytelling pillars that ladder up to global messaging, while reflecting local culture and relevance
- Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Retail, Client Development, E-comm, and Creative to build integrated, high-impact programs
- Oversee all influencer, creator, and VIP partnerships (paid and organic), including briefing, seeding, campaign management, and content usage
- Identify and nurture long-term talent relationships across fashion, music, sport, and youth culture that reflects brand values
- Build and activate the brand’s creator and community ecosystem, driving organic storytelling around seasonal launches, collabs, and cultural tentpoles
- Lead pre-, during-, and post-event amplification strategies for retail openings, brand activations, and cultural partnerships
- Oversee guest list curation, RSVPs, influencer/VIP dressing, and on-site talent deliverables, ensuring content is created and posted as agreed
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Retail/Wholesale Marketing, and Events teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences that scale across media and creator channels
- Secure strategic media coverage in top-tier fashion, lifestyle, business, and cultural publications
- Manage development and approvals of press releases, story angles, talking points, and post-coverage recaps
- Work with stylists, editors, and media to ensure VIP placements and editorial presence in relevant outlets
- Act as day-to-day lead for our integrated PR + Influencer agency, ensuring quality of strategy, execution, and reporting
- Lead performance tracking (EMV, ROI, reach, sentiment) and quarterly business reviews
- Own annual and seasonal budget planning and management, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and KPIs
Qualifications
- 6–8+ years in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or beauty PR and influencer marketing roles
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated communications and influencer programs across press, creators, and events
- Strong editorial and talent relationships across North America
- Experience overseeing agency relationships, cross-functional initiatives, and large-scale activations
- Creative and Strategic Thinking: Generates bold, culturally relevant ideas that reflect brand purpose and storytelling goals
- Connector Mindset: Passionate about building community and creating moments that drive earned buzz and lasting impact
- Fluent in Culture: Understands media and creator landscapes across fashion, music, lifestyle, and digital
- Organized and Results-Oriented: Skilled in managing multiple moving parts, budgets, timelines, and performance KPIs
- Collaborative: Able to lead across departments and act as the center of gravity for PR and creator work
Salary range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position. Individual salaries are determined by factors including local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
Salary: $96,000 per annum
