This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. The Direct Marketing Associate records accurate data on prospective customers and the targeted market area. A base monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement are provided. Position Responsibilities

Generate leads and qualified sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing in the assigned territory as directed by the Direct Marketing Manager. Transport self to the assigned territory and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen professionally. Utilize Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to maintain accurate records on house-to-house information and data tracking. Maintain a courteous, neat appearance and wear the required uniform where permitted by municipality. Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product, and current promotional offerings; become a Signature Service expert. Provide feedback to the Direct Marketing Manager on ideas to improve canvassing program policies and effectiveness. Attend company meetings as required. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required, or minimum 2 years of experience. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Minimum age of 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy. Reliable transportation to navigate the territory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Able to navigate multiple platforms on tablets. Pay is based on factors including experience, location, and certifications. Successful candidates are expected to earn $20/hr plus incentives. Culture and Benefits
