This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads by door-to-door canvassing and recording accurate data on prospective customers and the targeted market area. The Direct Marketing Associate may be eligible for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement. Position Responsibilities
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in the assigned territory and create qualified sales opportunities as directed by the Direct Marketing Manager. Travel to the assigned territory and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen professionally. Utilize Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately record house-to-house information and data tracking. Maintain courteous, neat appearance and wear the required uniform as permitted by the municipality. Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product, and current promotional offerings; become a Signature Service expert. Communicate with the Direct Marketing Manager to propose ideas to improve canvassing program policies and effectiveness. Attend company meetings as required. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, or minimum 2 years of related experience. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Minimum age 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy. Reliable transportation to navigate the territory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets. Pay is based on factors including experience, location, and certifications; the recruiter will share specific compensation details.
