This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads by door-to-door canvassing in the assigned territory. The Direct Marketing Associate records accurate data regarding prospective customers and the targeted market area. A base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement is available. Position responsibilities
Generate leads and create sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing in the assigned territory as directed by the Direct Marketing Manager Travel to the assigned territory and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen professionally Use Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately record house-to-house information and data Present yourself in a courteous, neat, and professional manner in uniform Learn Renewal by Andersen methodology, product, and current promotions to become a Signature Service expert Communicate ideas to improve canvassing program policies to the Direct Marketing Manager Attend required company meetings Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, or minimum 2 years of experience Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Minimum age 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy Reliable transportation to navigate the territory Excellent verbal and written communication skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets Compensation and benefits
Pay is based on experience and location; successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $20/hr plus incentives.
