Position : Marketing Associate Location : hello82 LA 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 Work Hours : Mon-Fri 10:30AM-7:30PM Key Responsibilities

Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive fan engagement. Create engaging content including text, image, and video posts. Monitor and respond to audience comments and inquiries. Brand Partnerships

Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brands that align with hello82\'s mission and audience. Manage relationships with partners, ensuring mutual benefits and successful collaboration. Develop co-branded campaigns and promotional activities to leverage partner networks and enhance visibility. Market Research And Competitive Analysis

Perform competitive research to understand the market landscape and identify opportunities for growth. Analyze trends within the K-pop industry and broader entertainment sector to inform marketing strategies. Campaign Management

Work directly with other teams to design and implement key marketing campaigns. Plan, execute, and oversee analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet goals. Content Creation And Management

Create compelling and shareable content appropriate for various marketing channels, including social media. Communication And Collaboration

Serve as a liaison between hello82 and external partners, fostering strong communication and collaboration. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across all platforms. Qualifications

3-4 years experience required. Genuine interest in the latest marketing trends and a passion for K-pop. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions. Experience in managing brand partnerships and executing successful co-branded campaigns. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners. Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform market research and competitive analysis. Ability to create and manage engaging content across various marketing channels.
