Position: Marketing Associate
Location: hello82 LA 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 10:30AM-7:30PM
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive fan engagement.
- Create engaging content including text, image, and video posts.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments and inquiries.
Brand Partnerships
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brands that align with hello82\'s mission and audience.
- Manage relationships with partners, ensuring mutual benefits and successful collaboration.
- Develop co-branded campaigns and promotional activities to leverage partner networks and enhance visibility.
Market Research And Competitive Analysis
- Perform competitive research to understand the market landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze trends within the K-pop industry and broader entertainment sector to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Management
- Work directly with other teams to design and implement key marketing campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and oversee analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet goals.
Content Creation And Management
- Create compelling and shareable content appropriate for various marketing channels, including social media.
Communication And Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between hello82 and external partners, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years experience required.
- Genuine interest in the latest marketing trends and a passion for K-pop.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- Experience in managing brand partnerships and executing successful co-branded campaigns.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
