The Manager, Design – Creative Production Team is a versatile, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in bringing ideas to life across a variety of channels. As a member of Sam’s Club’s internal Creative Production Team, this individual will collaborate closely with fellow designers, copywriters, and video editors to create high-quality, on-brand work that supports key marketing initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for a skilled and speedy designer who enjoys working across multiple formats—including digital, print, in-club signage, social, and more—and can confidently execute within established brand systems while staying curious, flexible, and open to creative challenges. This designer will be responsible for translating creative direction into polished, compelling deliverables that meet project goals, follow brand guidelines, and resonate with the Sam’s Club member. What you’ll do
Design high-quality creative assets across a range of formats, including digital, social, email, print, in-club signage, and more. Collaborate with copywriters and video editors on the Creative Production Team to develop cohesive, on-brand deliverables. Support campaign and project work by following established design systems and contributing thoughtful, detail-focused solutions. Adapt designs across multiple channels and formats while ensuring consistency and creative integrity. Take direction from the Senior Manager, Design and incorporate feedback from internal partners and marketing teams. Work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices. What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field. 4–6 years of professional experience designing for marketing, retail, or advertising environments. Strong portfolio that demonstrates executional excellence, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of brand systems. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition across formats. Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset. Comfortable working independently while taking direction and feedback well. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced setting. Reporting
